Principle of measurement    
   
Principle of measurement The principle of measurement is based on heat transport from an electrically heated body in ambient air dependent on the relative velocity between both.

Thermal flow sensors are primarily used for measuring the standard flow velocity Nv from which the standard volume flow and mass flow can be determined irrespective of pressure and temperature.

Höntzsch thermal flow sensors TA are able to measure not only the lowest but also high velocities and comply with all standards for industrial application:

A combination of a thermal flow sensor TA and a suitable evaluation unit is necessary for successful measurement

sensors with thin-film sensor element can be connected
     
    high-contrast LCD liquid crystal display, measured value display 13 mm
high four-digit with decimal point as well as affiliated display unit, display of
duration of measurement in seconds 6 mm high, adjustment and
configuration instructions, operator's information, status display 3 mm high

four-digit with decimal point as well as affiliated display unit, display of
duration of measurement in seconds 6 mm high, adjustment and
configuration instructions, operator's information, status displays 3 mm high
     
    interface for direct transfer of the stored measured values to a PC
     
    instantaneous values every second. Display of standard velocity v, standard
volume flow V/t or temperature (resolution 0.1 °C), selectable. Display of
instantaneous value in the START and also START/STOP mode also with long
