Expansion of the DAkkS accreditation
In the course of the repeat assessment that took place this year, the entire QM system and the accredited parameters were audited in the laboratory. On that occasion, an extension of the accreditation range for the measured variables
- Gas flow rate
- volume of flowing gases
- Mass of flowing gases
was carried out. Here, we have been able to upgrade our atmospheric volume flow rate test facility by purchasing a second blower to a maximum flow rate of 10,000 m³/h with a consistently high suction pressure of -depending on the measurement setup- up to 100 hPa. Thus, DAkkS-accredited calibrations are possible according to the specifications of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 up to 10,000 m³/h or 12,000 kg/h with a smallest measurement uncertainty of up to 0.25% of the measured value.
