wobe-systems and Höntzsch enter into a strategic partnership

Höntzsch GmbH & Co. KG and wobe-systems GmbH enter into a strategic partnership to develop an industrial „internet of things“ solution for industry 4.0. The goal is a non-proprietary network of flow measuring sensors and the possibilty to upgrade existing systems.

With the help of wobe-systems‘ open source integration platform „titan“, Höntzsch flow measuring sensors can directly be embedded into the industry’s digital network. Integration of arbitrary, analog sensors is very simple with the use of universal adapters or a suited functional block for digital sensors. The no-code-programming allows performing control and regulation tasks by connecting the functional blocks without requiring any programming skills of the user. The open structure of the integration platform titan can easily be extended onto a bigger control and regulation system with additional sensors and actuators.
