FOR A QUICK DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR WE NEED:
- Your order (with contact person for technical questions)
- Manufacturer, type and serial number of the equipment
- precise description of the fault (if necessary with photos and measurement records)
- desired calibration points (calibration pressure, if applicable)
- mechanical and electrical connection
- operating instructions and last calibration certificate
- Desired calibration medium
- required calibration type: DAkkS or factory calibration
- Explanation of the hazard potential
If you wish, we will carry out a calibration "as found" (input calibration). In this case, the sensor is calibrated as delivered. The advantage of this is obvious: if a measurement deviation is detected, you can correctly assess and correct your last measurement results.
